Following the official ERASMUS statement regarding the current situation, the schools and adult education centres upon request will be given the prolongation of the projects, for that all participants are requested to reschedule their course dates. In addition, the beneficiaries (schools and adult education centres) can invoke the “force majeure” clauses. This will allow the National Agency to assess the possibility to accept additional costs up to a maximum grant amount, in this case, the costs that occurred (training fee) will be accepted as eligible by the National Agency.
In the case of staff of universities, our policy is as follows:
  • We will allow the payment credit to be used by any member of the staff, therefore enabling the name change of that participant.
